Please be informed that medical certificates or documentation of any other nature are not considered valid for the recognition of fare concessions.
On-board staff and ticket office operators are neither authorized nor qualified to consult, interpret, or verify medical documentation.
Consequently, reports or medical documents cannot be accepted as valid proof for access to fare concessions.
