New QR Codes at Piers to Check Departures and Delays in Real Time

Navigazione Lago d’Iseo has installed new notices featuring QR codes on pier information boards, making it easier and quicker for passengers to access up-to-date departure information.

By simply scanning the QR code with their smartphone, passengers can view the next scheduled departures from their current pier.

The service also provides real-time information on:

• Any delays affecting scheduled services;
• The name of the arriving vessel, which is particularly useful at piers where several boats may be present at the same time.

This new tool gives passengers quick and easy access to up-to-date information, helping them identify the correct service and plan their boarding with greater confidence.
