Help us improve our service by completing the form to report an unwanted event: enter your details, select the date and time, and provide a detailed description of the incident.
We will review all your requests as quickly as possible, responding to any reported issues that are our responsibility.
We inform our customers that:
– If you do not receive a response within 60 days, you may contact the transport authority;
– The complaint must be submitted within 60 days of the travel date.
